What types of products can SCITRON machines vend?
SCITRON machines can vend a wide variety: snacks, chips, chocolates, biscuits, cold
drinks, water bottles, energy drinks, packaged meals, and for the Frozen Unit — ice cream, frozen
desserts, and cold meals. All products must be packaged.
Do SCITRON machines require an internet connection?
Yes, an internet connection (SIM card or WiFi) is recommended for IoT monitoring and
real-time analytics. The machine operates offline for vending, but cloud features require
connectivity.
What payment methods are supported?
All SCITRON machines support UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, prepaid
wallets, and QR code payments. Cash payment module can be added optionally.
How often do the machines need to be restocked?
Restocking frequency depends on footfall and product mix. For a 250-item machine with
50 sales/day, restocking every 4–6 days is typical. Our IoT dashboard sends automated low-stock
alerts.
What is the warranty on SCITRON vending machines?
Standard 1-year warranty is included with all machines. Extended 2–3 year warranties
are available through our franchise and rental programs.
Do you offer after-sales service across India?
Yes. SCITRON offers remote diagnostics, on-site service calls, and spare parts
supply.
Response time is typically within 24–48 hours for on-site visits depending on location.
